Solo operators running their own route who want hardware they can own, repair, and move when the location changes.
Operators with a handful of machines across a couple of accounts who want predictable per-shelf service parts instead of full-unit replacement when something fails.
Offices, warehouses, and mid-traffic public spaces where the operator is also the business running the location — vending is a side revenue, not a primary operation.
Operators replacing aging, unrepairable machines who want the next purchase to be field-serviceable rather than another sealed box that has to ship back to the manufacturer.
